Daisuke Sakuma Kill Blue

Snow Man member Daisuke Sakuma has been cast as a voice actor in the upcoming TV anime Kill Blue, which begins broadcast on TV Tokyo’s network in April 2026. He will portray Shin Kohazame, a pink-haired assassin sent from the Chinese-style assassination organization Yigan to a school to target another character.

Kill Blue is an anime adaptation of the manga by Tadatoshi Fujimaki. The story follows the legendary assassin Juzo Ookami, who at age 39 is bitten by a mysterious bee and becomes 13 years old, forcing him to relive life as a middle school student while confronting enemies and the mysteries behind his transformation.

Shin Kohazame, Sakuma’s character, is noted for wearing pink hair and for an unusual trait in which he becomes extremely nervous and struggles to speak normally if he loses his pacifier.

On being cast as Shin Kohazame, Sakuma said, “I’ve been reading Kill Blue since it was serialized in the magazine, and since then my favorite character was Shin Kohazame, so I went into the audition thinking ‘I absolutely want to get this!’ I’m very happy that I now have the opportunity to voice Shin. Shin is cool, but a little strange. Serious, but a little strange. I will put my soul into voicing him.”
