Akihabara-based maid cafe @home cafe (“at-home cafe”) will hold a special pre-opening event for the opening of its second Osaka restaurant with a special ceremony and livestream on Instagram.
Established in 2004, @home cafe has become a top destination for travelers to Japan who want to experience authentic Japanese maid cafe service, led by legendary maid and Chief Branding Officer Hitomi.
@home cafe’s first Osaka restaurant opened in June 2019, and the popularity of the cafe has led to a second restaurant opening in less than 6 months.
The second Osaka cafe will officially open for customers on December 1, but @home cafe’s masters and princesses with Gold-level membership or higher can attend the exclusive pre-opening event on Saturday, November 30, to be greeted by the cafe’s maid staff and receive a special commemorative gift.
Hitomi will host the special opening event in person beginning at 8:10pm local time on Saturday, November 30, and international fans will be able to view the event on Instagram.
