Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space introduces new ally Meryt

Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space, a single-player Japanese role-playing game developed by Wright Flyer Studios, received a new content update this week with the release of Version 3.14.0. The latest update adds Episode: An Ode to Origin: Act 3 – The Demi-Humans, “Eudaemonism”, continuing an ongoing story arc. In this chapter, players follow the party’s efforts to uncover the secrets of a sleeping girl from Astra Island, leading them to the Golden City of Remulia, a prosperous society inhabited by demi-humans.

First launched in 2017, Another Eden is a story-driven RPG in which players travel across different eras—past, present, and future—to prevent the destruction of time itself. The game is available on multiple platforms and is structured around episodic narrative updates rather than limited-time events.

Version 3.14.0 also introduces a new playable character, Meryt, voiced by Isabella Pappas. In addition, the character Iphi receives a new “Stellar Awakening” form titled “Carmilla,” expanding her role and abilities within the game’s combat system. These additions are part of the game’s ongoing approach of expanding its roster and mechanics alongside story content.

To mark the seventh anniversary of the global release, the update includes special in-game campaigns running through late January and February. These include a one-time distribution of 1,000 Chronos Stones, increased daily login rewards for a limited period, and a campaign allowing one free character encounter per day for up to 10 days.
