JURIN, leader of XG will be featured on the special edition cover of the April 2026 issue of Numéro TOKYO, on sale February 28. The magazine has released the cover and preview image on their website on social media.
JURIN, who also engages in individual activities as JURIN ASAYA, will appear in a 10-page photo spread wearing Chanel makeup. This is the first time JURIN has been on the cover of Numéro TOKYO as a solo act.
The makeup for JURIN was done by Valentina Lee, a Chanel Global Creative Partner with Comet Collective. For the main photoshoot, Valentina came to Japan and used Chanel’s new spring cosmetics that she personally created.
JURIN said, “I had so much fun in a set full of love. I love makeup, and thanks to Valentina-san, I feel like I met a new version of myself. I was moved by the artistic gradient eye makeup.”
Valentina said, “JURIN knows the joy of expressing through makeup. I did the makeup with the wish that Japanese women would be pleased and that I could show a new JURIN.”
The magazine pages also include an interview in which JURIN talks about makeup, her goals as part of XG, and her thoughts as a solo artist, along with a visual story adorned with mode-style makeup.
The Numéro TOKYO April 2026 issue special edition will be released on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
