The Lantis Matsuri concert series will launch its first U.S. performances on November 15, 2019, at Anime NYC, New York City’s largest Japanese pop culture convention.
Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Japanese music label Lantis, the event will feature popular anisong performers JAM Project, TRUE, ZAQ, and Guilty Kiss from Love Live! Sunshine!! Aqours.

Anime NYC will bring together over 40,000 attendees when it returns to the Javits Center for its third year on November 15-17, 2019, welcoming major guests from across the U.S. and Japan including Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi (creators of Dr. STONE). Lantis Matsuri will take place inside the Javits Center’s Special Events Hall on the evening of Friday, November 15. A separate ticket is required to attend Lantis Matsuri.
Lantis is a music label founded in 1999 focused on anisong music. It has published two decades of hit music, including themes from Azumanga Daioh, Bungo Stray Dogs, Food Wars!, Free!, GIRLS und PANZER, Genshiken, THE iDOLM@STER, Love Live!, Lucky Star, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Rozen Maiden, and Violet Evergarden. Lantis Matsuri 2019 at Anime NYC is a continuation of Lantis’s popular Lantis Matsuri concert series, which has welcomed some of the biggest performers in Japan. The 20th Anniversary Lantis Matsuri was held across three days in June in Tokyo and showcased over 70 musical performers from all over Japan.

Lantis Matsuri 2019 at Anime NYC will begin in the evening of Friday, November 15, 2019. Lantis Matsuri will be open to anime fans and music lovers across New York City, with no Anime NYC badge required to attend. Lantis Matsuri’s schedule and ticket details will be revealed next month.

Lantis is a Japanese music label established on November 26, 1999 which specializes in anime music from Japanese musicians, anime soundtracks, and video game soundtracks. The first Lantis Matsuri was conducted in 2009 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Lantis’s founding and featured exclusively Lantis artists.
